You might think it’s only for people obsessed with self-improvement, but wellness is for every human being who wants to achieve their dreams in life, whether it’s to achieve financial independence, to be the most skillful person in their field or to be a better parent and person day by day. That’s because wellness is about making a conscious effort to take care of your mind and body– AND your relationship with other people and God…when you take care of all that, then you can say you’re taking care of yourself, a person who is much needed at work and at home, whose own needs for fun, relaxation, clarity, and emotional balance must be met, by who? By you!

Our goal is to break down the stigma and transform the world outlook on mental health and weight loss. Everybody experiences mental health and body image on some level. Drona Dewi, a wellness trainer from a biotechnology background has more than 10 years of experience in the research and development industry specifically on diabetes care and lifestyle modification focusing on healthy mindset. This experience has brought her to understand the significance of physical and mental well-being. So she pursued becoming a certified mental health first aid instructor and a wellness fashion image consultant focusing on sustainable living. As a mental health first responder, she understands factors that can affect wellbeing, spot triggers and signs of mental health issues, and provide support to people in distress. She is part of the Special Projects Committee in NAWEM (National Association of Women Entrepreneurs Malaysia) where she supports the NGO with training and talks on wellness and mental health.

In recent times, Drona has become more aware of ensuring balanced-lifestyle through creating presence within the community and since then she has been creating awareness in developing physical presence for business owners where she grooms them on an inner and outer aspect making them more presentable at business levels. She also uses her knowledge in Neurolinguistic to nurture not only business owners but their respective products to establishing a marketing pattern. In fact, Drona is passionate about creating awareness of the importance of lifestyle balance through science communication. She is also a content creator on mental health related topics. She is a member of World Mental Health Federation. In the last five years, she has ventured into wellness; art of living rightfully to improve both inner health and outer beauty. She uses holistic approaches backed by science. She has spoken on many international platforms in which she also co-written a book - Co-Authored a bestselling anthology book: Life is a gift – loving you. And was interviewed in Voice of America Empowerment Radio talk show couple of times now.

She was recently awarded a distinguished award by AIMST University for her contribution towards community service.
